Summerfield Waldorf School is a nonprofit corporation, recognized by the State of California and bound by certain legal requirements. Our corporation By-Laws are available below, and in the Main Office and a corporation meeting is held each year in early May for conducting school business. All teachers and parents or legal guardians of Summerfield Waldorf students may join the corporation by signing and submitting to the school office the statement listed below. They are thereby eligible to be voting members at the Annual Corporation Meeting. Nominees for the Board of Directors from the parent group of members are voted on by the parents at this annual meeting.
