Sprites NightSaturday, October 25th, 5:30 to 7:30pm--RAIN OR SHINE!
Sprites Night is our School's alternative to the commercialism and 'sugary focus' of Halloween. The Kindergarten and each Lower School classroom organizes and presents a scene appropriate to the curriculum. White-robed Spirit Guides lead us along a beautifully-lit pumpkin path to view the scenes, which will take approximately 40 minutes. Groups leave every five minutes, so please be sure to be on time. We are able to partake of a warm meal provided by the Eighth Grade starting at 5pm.
We encourage everyone to dress up in costume and children to bring a little bag for a few treasures & treats, but please- no scary, overly commercial, or otherwise inappropriate costumes. We look forward to catching you in our web for this enchanting school event!
Class Eight will serve a meal of Vegetarian Chili or a Winter Soup, Cornbread and Wildflour Bakery Bread, Salad, Treats, and Hot & Cold Drinks in Sophia Hall. Please support the class in this fundraiser for their Class Trip. Dinner will start at 5pm and be served until sold out!
Tickets are necessary (both for children and adults) and will sell out, so get yours now! They are available in the Main Office, free to Summerfield-immediate family members; $7 for grandparents, etc.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, October 20.
